In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out here and the specific sport rules, the specific sport rules shall prevail.
A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by bet95's system and a bet reference number has been issued. bet95 reserves the right to void any bet where:
bet95 does not accept bets from players who are in a self-excluded status, from accounts under suspension, or from individuals bet95 has reason to believe are acting in concert with others to exploit pricing errors or market inefficiencies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet95's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bet95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not bet95 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
bet95 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform functions. bet95 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance but is not obliged to do so in emergency situations.
bet95 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable time.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bet95 support. Upon closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any verified real-money balance will be disbursed via the player's last-used withdrawal method.
bet95 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where a change is required by law or regulatory direction and must take effect immediately.
Continued use of the bet95 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet95 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bet95's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body.
